Why Would You Choose One of Our Maintenance Plans?
There actually is savings passed on to your business.
For those of you breaking out your calculators, at first glance you might be wondering why the monthly plans would be a better deal than the hourly rate of $85 per hour. Here is why; Let’s say for example that someone comes to us with a few updates that are really only going to be about 15 minutes of actual time, well, that customer gets billed for 1 hour regardless. If the changes take 1 hour and 20 minutes, then the customer is billed for 2 hours. Then, let’s say that same customer comes back two days later and needs another photo added — that’s another $85. This type of interaction can add up quickly; where the same changes on our lowest maintenance plan would have time deducted in 15 minute increments leaving 2.5 hours left to use as opposed to being billed for 2 hours.
Clients are not locked into a contract. Our maintenance plans are month-to-month and can be upgraded or downgraded at any time. Cancellation stipulation: although clients can cancel at any time, hours immediately expire upon cancellation of any plan. There is also a 3 month waiting period for clients who have cancelled maintenance and would like to reinstate services. Payments are run on the 1st of each month with our automated billing system.
Some services are outside the scope of a maintenance plan. These services include, but are not limited to: custom programming, database work, printing costs, hosting and domain registration, paid advertising, and marketing.
