Maybe you’ve already experienced some of this — you’ve launched a site, but now you can’t make some of the necessary updates to keep your site fresh and current and you can’t seem to find a web design company that will help in a timely or cost effective manner. It’s hard for an agency to put aside larger jobs to work in small one or two hour updates. There has to be a better way, right? Well, we pride ourselves on offering clients truly turn-key solutions. In that spirit, we provide a variety of maintenance packages to assist clients after a project has been completed. These plans are tailored to suit the needs of clients big and small.

What Do Our Web Maintenance Packages Cover?

They actually cover design and maintenance updates for both web and print.

Priority Service:
Partners on our monthly web maintenance plans get priority service. Maintaining partner trust and loyalty is priority number one here at Pixel Productions. Our goal is a 2 business day turnaround for tasks requiring less than 2 hours to complete. Many times tasks are done within hours of being requested.

Maintenance Services without a Plan
Can anyone get our design help? Absolutely, Pixel Productions offers maintenance services to clients who aren’t enrolled in one of our maintenance agreements. Without a maintenance agreement, clients will be billed $85 an hour with a one hour minimum for standard 3 – 10 business day turn around. Clients requiring priority service, 2 business day turn around will be billed $125 an hour. Clients requiring these services will need to have a valid credit card on file for billing purposes. You can download our credit and service form by clicking on the “Sign Up” tab under any of the plans shown above. Don’t worry, it’s just a downloadable form and not an automatic enrollment 🙂

Bankable Hours:
Clients can use up to 3 months of maintenance without incurring additional billing. How this works: unused maintenance hours roll-over into the following month, giving clients up to an additional month of bankable hours. Hours unused by the end of the second month expire. Additionally, clients are permitted to exceed their plan by up to one month’s package before incurring additional billing.

Hours in excess of a client’s bankable hours are billed at an $85 per hour rate. Time is tracked and billed in 15 minute increments.

Why Would You Choose One of Our Maintenance Plans?

There actually is savings passed on to your business.

For those of you breaking out your calculators, at first glance you might be wondering why the monthly plans would be a better deal than the hourly rate of $85 per hour. Here is why; Let’s say for example that someone comes to us with a few updates that are really only going to be about 15 minutes of actual time, well, that customer gets billed for 1 hour regardless. If the changes take 1 hour and 20 minutes, then the customer is billed for 2 hours. Then, let’s say that same customer comes back two days later and needs another photo added — that’s another $85. This type of interaction can add up quickly; where the same changes on our lowest maintenance plan would have time deducted in 15 minute increments leaving 2.5 hours left to use as opposed to being billed for 2 hours.

No Contract:
Clients are not locked into a contract. Our maintenance plans are month-to-month and can be upgraded or downgraded at any time. Cancellation stipulation: although clients can cancel at any time, hours immediately expire upon cancellation of any plan. There is also a 3 month waiting period for clients who have cancelled maintenance and would like to reinstate services. Payments are run on the 1st of each month with our automated billing system.

Additional Services
Some services are outside the scope of a maintenance plan. These services include, but are not limited to: custom programming, database work, printing costs, hosting and domain registration, paid advertising, and marketing.
