Pixel Productions Inc. hires award winning video production and web designer, Kevin Williams, to head up their eCommerce development team. Pixel Productions Inc. is a premium development partner for the BigCommerce eCommerce platform and is poised for substantial growth this year. Though Pixel is a full-service design agency, their main area of growth over the past two years has been in eCommerce. Paul Quinn of Pixel Productions says, ” Bringing Kevin on board is a strategic move to facilitate this growth. Kevin has the proven skills necessary for creative art direction with the bonus of expert programming capabilities. Kevin is the perfect person to lead Pixel’s web department.”
Co-owners of Pixel, Paul Quinn and Chris London had the privilege of working with Kevin many years ago for a company called Revelations Inc., where they got their start in product design and development for the gift industry while working with big name brands such as Big Idea’s VeggieTales.
In 1998 Kevin left Revelations to create Fizzbang Multimedia while Paul and Chris started Pixel Productions Inc later in 2005. Both companies continued to cross paths over the years while both continued to work with high profile clients such as The History Channel’s Pawn Stars, Counts Kustoms, Red Monkey, Disney, Harry and David, and NCIS LA. During 2012 the three began talks of teaming up to create one powerhouse company. London of Pixel said, “Kevin joining Pixel is like a family member returning home after traveling abroad, it just feels right.”
London also said, “Kevin’s skills round out Pixel’s service offerings by adding award winning multimedia and video expertise. Kevin also has unique experience in brand development for wineries; an area for which Pixel is looking forward to expansion.”
Pixel’s Paul Quinn stated, “Bringing Kevin on board was the first of several key components in our plan to double our growth this year. Our goal is to remain a ’boutique agency’ with a white glove approach and the ability to service a much larger volume of partners. It’s a difficult balance to find, but one we are entirely capable of achieving.”
