Using a website design and website development contract will help you set up clear specifications for the web design process as well as establishing a payment plan that works for you. The purpose of a contract isn't to restrict the client, it's more of a way to allow you to have the flexibility to adapt to changes when they arise and then be compensated for them accordingly. Licensing Art? Artwork Licensing Contract

Licensing artwork can be a fun and profitable venture. If you are new to licensing we're providing our standard contract for licensing your artwork as a resource to help give you a heads up on how to protect your "assets".
This is a licensing contract template, set up for 5% royalty (which is pretty standard in the industry) on artwork licensed for production.
This contract was approved by our attorneys and we actually use this contract with many large companies.
